The Weaverland Valley Authority (“WVA”) was formed in March 2016 by East Earl Township (“Township”) and Terre Hill Borough (“Borough”) to provide all water and sewer services for the Township and the Borough. This joint authority was formed in response to the Consent Order and Agreement with DEP and the 2015 Joint Act 537 Plan. The Joint Act 537 Plan can be found on this website as well as on the Township and Borough websites. The WVA is responsible for implementing the Act 537 Plan which includes building a new sewage collection system and wastewater treatment plant. The WVA will also assume all water and sewer responsibilities for the Blue Ball Water Authority, East Earl Sewer Authority and Terre Hill Borough Authority.
The WVA meets at 6:30 p.m. the Second Monday of the month with the occasional exceptions shown in the meeting schedule below.
